Vacuum Letters
Teaching my child letter names and sounds quickly became redundant so I had to get creative. One day while vacuuming, my daughter begged me to let her vacuum. Claire loves to "vacuum". Doesn't yours? So why not hand it over and let them vacuum letters!

Cut out small square pieces of paper (as small as possible so your vacuum doesn't get clogged) and write letters on them. Say the letter allowed and have your child find and vacuum up the letter. As they progress, you can change it up a bit by saying the letter sound instead of the name.
